Digitale Güter, Vertragsauslegung, diversifizierte Arbeitswelt und Firm Value im japanischen Recht

An event organized by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law and the German-Japanese Association of Jurists (DJJV).

The half-day symposium continues the Institute's annual event series "Current Developments in Japanese Law". Speakers from Japan, often guests at the Institute, provide an overview of upcoming legislative projects, new supreme court decisions and current topics of legal debate in Japan. After a break due to the pandemic, the format is now being resumed.

With contributions on legal issues relating to digitalization, contract law, employment law and corporate law, a broad range of topics has once again been prepared this year.

The presentations and the discussion were held in German and English.
