Anton Rittmeister studied law from 2018 to 2024 at the University of Hamburg. From June 2020 to November 2022 he worked as a student assistant at the Institute in the working group of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dr. h.c. Holger Fleischer, LL.M. (Univ. of Michigan). In this capacity he supported former research fellows Dr. Elke Heinrich-Pendl and Dr. Stefan Korch, LL.M. (Harvard) with their research at the Institute.
From November 2022 to August 2023, Anton Rittmeister was a student assistant under Prof. Dr. Dörte Poelzig, M.Jur. (Oxon) at the University of Hamburg, Chair for Civil Law, Commercial Law and Corporate Law.
Anton Rittmeister sat for the first state law exam in Hamburg in March 2024. Prior to that he worked for three months as a research assistant at an international law firm.
Since July 2024, Anton Rittmeister has been a research assistant under Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dr. h.c. Holger Fleischer, LL.M. (Univ. of Michigan), who is also supervising his doctoral project.
