Minte Nagel completed a dual-Bachelor program in East Asian studies/Chinese language studies and law from 2018 to 2022 at the University of Göttingen (2018 to 2022). Immediately thereafter she went on to earn her Masters in the dual-degree program in Chinese law and comparative law at the Universities of Göttingen and Nanjing; this course of study was funded by multiple scholarships and included a year of study in Nanjing.
In the summer semester 2024 she was a student assistant at the Sino-German Institute of Legal Studies in Göttingen. She commenced work as an academic staff member of the Institute in November 2024.
