Born 10 June 1989. Mag. iur. awarded by the University of Graz (2013) with designation as best in class. Dr. iur. awarded (with distinction) by the University of Graz (2017). Doctoral scholarship recipient of the Heinrich Graf Hardegg’sche Foundation. Doctoral dissertation (“Die Verjährung von Schadenersatzansprüchen gegen Organmitglieder und Abschlussprüfer” [The prescription of damage claims brought against board members and auditors]) awarded with Austrian Bankers’ Association Prize 2018. University Assistant under Prof. Peter Bydlinski (April 2013 - May 2014 and March 2017 - December 2017) and Research Assistant under Prof. Holger Fleischer (June 2014 - February 2017). Legal clerkship at OLG Graz (May 2017 - October 2017). Associate at an international business law firm (February 2018 - September 2018). Research Fellow at the Institute since October 2018.
