Dr. Philipp Schlüter
Philipp Schlüter studied law at the University of Freiburg. After sitting for the first state law exam in 2017, he worked as a research assistant at the Institut für deutsches und ausländisches Zivilprozessrecht in Freiburg under Prof. Dr. Jan Felix Hoffmann until spring 2020. In summer 2020 he was awarded his doctoral degree by the University of Freiburg in connection with his civil-law-theory thesis titled “Rückabwicklung und Selbstbestimmung” (Rescission and Self-determination). He has since spring 2020 been a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar) at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg.
Philipp Schlüter has been at the Institute since 2020.
