Dr. Martin Bialluch

Martin Bialluch has been at the Institute since 2020.
He studied law at the University of Kiel. As a student he worked as an assistant first at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Justice (headed by Prof. Dr. Dennis Bock), then at the Institute for European and International Private and Procedural Law (headed by Prof. Dr. Haimo Schack, LL.M.) and at the law firm Weissleder Ewer Rechtsanwälte (Prof. Dr. Angelika Leppin). After passing the first state law exam, he was a research associate of Prof. Dr. Jan Lieder, LL.M. at the Institute for Business Law at the University of Freiburg. In 2018 he received the teaching award of the faculty of law. Since spring 2019, he has been a freelance legal assistant at the law firm Allwörden Rechtsanwälte. In late 2019, he completed his doctorate at the University of Freiburg with a dissertation on "Ausstrahlungswirkungen im Unternehmensrecht" (Spillover Effects in Company Law). Since 2020, he has been a legal trainee (Rechtsreferendar) at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg and a lecturer at the University of Freiburg.
