In cooperation with the German-Greek Jurists' Association, the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law invites you to attend an evening of lectures and discussion on 30 April 2010 at the Institute. Prof. Dr. Peter Behrens will address corporate law developments in Germany in a talk titled "Die Gründung, Anerkennung und internationale Sitzverlegung von Gesellschaften nach der Reform durch das MoMiG (Gesetz zur Modernisierung des GmbH-Rechts und zur Bekämpfung von Missbräuchen von 2008)". Thereafter, Dr. Kai Hentschelmann will address the current financial crisis in Greece in a lecture titled "Griechenland und die Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion - Wege aus der Schuldenkrise".Date of publication: 06.04.2010
