| Johannes Semler, Honorary Professor at the Institut für Bürgerliches Recht, Handels- und Wertpapierrecht der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, works as an attorney with Clifford Chance Pünder in Frankfurt and is a co-editor of "Arbeitshandbuch für Aufsichtsratsmitglieder", C. H. Beck Publishing, 2004. Owing to his activities as a member of numerous supervisory boards and advisory councils, he is a source of extensive practical experience and insight. |
