| Christopher Bellamy, Senior Consultant with Linklaters, was a Judge on the European Court of First Instance from 1992 to 1997 and president of the British Competition Appeals Tribunal from 1999 to 2007. His lecture will address the proposals of the European Commission on the private enforcement of EC competitions law as first submitted in the Green Paper COM(2005) 672 and more recently in the White Paper COM(2008) 165. |
