European-Japanese Symposium on "Intellectual Property and International Civil Litigation"

Researchers from the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg as well as the University of Hannover and the Universidad Complutense Madrid will present the results of the project Conflict of Laws in Intellectual Property (CLIP) at a conference in Tokyo. The proejct, a cooperative effort also including scholars from the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law in Munich as well as several other European nations, aims to formulate a conflict of laws regime in respect of intellectual property which can be met with general consensus.Date of publication: 26.03.2009
