To be held on Friday, 25 September and Saturday, 26 September, the event is open to all interested individuals. The DIJV is a non-profit organisation whose aim is fostering legal exchange and legal research in respect of the relationship between Iran and Germany as well as other economically linked nations. Through an intensive exchange of ideas, dialogue between jurists, comparative study and the creation of professional networks, the DIJV aims to promote a mutual understanding of the two nations' respective legal orders, institutions and methods of legal analysis.
The aim of the GAIR is to contribute to a mutual understanding of the legal systems and the legal practice between the European and the Islamic countries, specifically the Arabic-Islamic countries. Towards this end, the GAIR holds events and conferences for interested scholars and economists, supports national and international meetings which bring together members of academia and practice, initiates and supports both jurisprudential and practical projects, and publishes academic papers.
