Law and Law Enforcement in the Chinese Business World

In a jointly sponsored event of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, the OAV (German Asia-Pacific Business Association) and the German-Chinese Jurists' Association, speakers from academia and practice will address current questions on Chinese business practice in respect of the law and law enforcement. Presentations will be divided into two modules, one on business practice and the other on current topics in Chinese law. Attendees may choose to participate in one or both modules:9:30 - 13:15
