The proposal for a reform of German maritime law

The International Max Planck Research School for Maritime Affairs (IMPRS) invites you to attend the following lecture:

On Monday, 12 April 2010 at 6:00 P.M., Dr. Beate Czerwenka from the Federal Ministry of Justice in Berlin will hold a talk titled "The proposal for a reform of German maritime law”. All interested parties are cordially invited.

Dr. Czerwenka has been working in the field of national, European and international corporate legislation, transport and maritime law as one of her main areas of focus.
She was responsible for the Transport Law Reform Act which came into force in 1998 and worked alongside the Federal Justice Department’s working group on maritime law reform.
