Professor Holger Fleischer receives Honorary Professorship from the Bucerius Law School

His work is characterised by its abundance as well as by its international and inter-disciplinary scope and depth. Holger Fleischer stands as one of the leading scholars in the fields of German and European company law and financial law as well as the economic and comparative analysis of law.
