Prof. Dr. Holger Fleischer becomes newest Director

Prof. Holger Fleischer has accepted the call to the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. On 1 April 2009 he will assume his new office and join the current Institute Directorate formed by Prof. Jürgen Basedow and Prof. Reinhard Zimmermann. Prof. Holger Fleischer is filling the position previously held by Prof. Klaus J. Hopt until September of last year.
